Shipping

I will endeavour to send your order asap.
For all UK orders I use 1st class RoyalMail.
If multiple pieces are purchased together and the shipping is cheaper I will reimburse you ..... This applies to international orders too.
Pottery is heavy to send and in the UK has varied costs.

All local taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. 

Breakages

Each piece is packed with care using as much recycled material as possible but if there should be a breakage upon delivery please contact me within 2 working days and send photos of the damage to adriftpottery@gmail.com

All returns to be sent back in original packaging at your own cost.

If the piece cannot be duplicated or another piece of equal value sent in exchange I will refund the cost of the item.
